Shipping Policy
At Tranquil Soul Crystal Boutique, every order is handled with the utmost care and attention. Please review our shipping policies below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Service Area
Tranquil Soul Crystal Boutique currently ships exclusively within Canada. Due to the complexity of international customs and tariffs, we no longer offer shipping to the USA or other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more (before taxes).
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $250.00, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We primarily use Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes to provide you with the best value.
Processing & Handling
- Every order is hand-packed with the utmost care to maintain our high standards.
- Please allow 3 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and dispatched.
Shipping Method
- Carrier: We use Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes for most shipments.
- Combined Shipping: If your order includes multiple items, we will consolidate them into the appropriate Flat Rate Box size (up to 5 kg).
- Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with your Canada Post tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your crystals! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Securely package the item with the RA number visible
- Ship to the address provided
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
