All Sales Final
At Tranquil Soul Crystal Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.
Damaged Items
While we have a 5-year history of 100% damage-free shipping due to our high packing standards, we understand that rare transit issues can occur. If an item arrives damaged, we will resolve the issue under the following conditions:
Reporting Damage
- 7-Day Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Contact: Email support@crystalsoulboutique.ca with your order number and documentation.
- Documentation: You must provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the original shipping packaging.
Resolutions
If a claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Replacement: If the exact item is in stock, we will ship a replacement once the defective item is shipped back to us and received. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store Credit: If the item is a unique specimen or out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item. This credit is valid for use on our website or during our Live Sales. Store credit does not include shipping credits.
